Bruce Bayless
Bruce Bayless has 28 years experience buying, selling and investing in Southern California real estate. He started as an avid investor while he was Vice President of Marketing for a Fortune 100 company where he developed his highly respected sales, marketing, negotiating and financial skills that have contributed to his real estate success. In 2000 Bruce turned a passionate hobby into a successful career by utilizing his vast knowledge and experience to help others achieve their real estate goals. Bruce is currently the President of The Bayless Group Residential & Investment Real Estate with offices in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach, California.
 
Kathy Bayless
Kathy Bayless has 28 years experience buying, selling and investing in Southern California real estate. She started as an investor and President of Bayless Properties where she managed 9 apartment buildings in 7 different Southern California cities. Because of Kathy's passionate desire to help others, in 1993 she began sharing her knowledge and experience by helping clients achieve their real estate goals and became a highly successful residential realtor. Kathy is currently the Managing Broker of The Bayless Group Residential & Investment Real Estate with offices in Newport Beach and Huntington Beach, California.
